Outline of programme:
This specially designed Art Therapy programme is for young adults that struggle with anxiety and stress. You will discover a creative way of expressing yourself. This will develop insights and provide tools to battle anxiety and stress in a non-judgmental, accepting and therapeutic space.
Because this therapy is online, travel distance and time will not be an issue. All the materials will be delivered to you before the programme starts, including a device, if needed, for the duration of the course. Any young adult can join, and you will experience the benefits of working with an Art Therapist.
