The creative process is an effective, explorative and fun way to express yourself when you are learning to live with the changes a stroke brings to your life. The experience of stroke can have an impact on the way we process our thoughts and emotions.
Together we will explore drawing, painting, collage, poetry reading, story-telling and more as a means to explore your creativity and express your thoughts and emotions.
We will identify starting points using materials and concepts and from here you will identify and develop your own creative voice.
Join us in this new online community and find a sense of belonging amongst a group of others who have had a similar experience to you.
