Ka Kitea is designed for young adults and their whanau to engage in a 6 week programme to discover the self through seeing as you embark on a personal journey exploring your inner experiences as a whanau.

This journey will be made visual through discovering a creative way of expressing yourself. This will develop insights in a non-judgmental, accepting and therapeutic space.

Because this programme is online, travel distance and time will not be an issue. Materials will be delivered to you as discussed throughout the programme.

Outcomes of this programme:

 • Express and share inner experiences in a visual way
• Healthy and creative outlet for intense feelings
• Share problems and concerns though artistic expression
• Experiment with a variety of art mediums
• Develop self-awareness and personal focus areas
• Develop talents and acknowledge new and forgotten strengths
• Be valued as part of a community that fosters acceptance.
