Visual Art Online Term 1 2024

Term 1 2024
Thursdays
1.30 - 3.00pm
1st February - 11th April

(11 weeks)

Tutor Margaret Feeney’s Visual Arts Online will explore narrative by looking at expressive mark-making and different compositional structures.

You’ll test materials and processes and look at the formal elements of art (the separate bits that make up an artwork) and learn them so you can make your own artwork.

Find out how a drawing, painting or sculpture is made; how do you get and develop ideas; and how do different colours and shapes make you think and feel different things.

MOA is online so it doesn't matter where you live, you can be a Māpura Online Artist. All levels of ability are welcome, you don't need to know anything about art to join in.

All classes are FREE - all you pay for are the art materials, if you need them, but we'll keep the cost low and send them to you wherever you live.
